RZ Nation Group Ltd is a multi‑division sports and entertainment group, delivering an integrated ecosystem encompassing talent representation, elite performance pathways, digital education, media platforms, live sports experiences, and sports retail.
These Terms apply across all RZ Nation Group Ltd divisions.
By accessing our website, purchasing products, booking services, submitting applications, attending activities, participating in programmes, or entering into an agreement with RZ Nation Group Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Where additional agreements, policies, or service-specific terms apply, these will operate alongside these Terms.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

Service content, availability, schedules, locations, formats, instructors, representatives, suppliers, and delivery methods may change where reasonably required.
RZ Nation Group Ltd will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described; however, participation, progression, opportunities, employment, representation outcomes, professional selection, contracts, or commercial success cannot be guaranteed.
4. Acceptance
These Terms apply whenever an individual or organisation engages with RZ Nation Group Ltd.
Acceptance occurs through registration, booking, purchase, application submission, participation, account creation, attendance, or continued use of our services.
Where an individual is under the age of 18, acceptance may require approval from a parent or guardian.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to enter into the relevant agreement.
5. Registration, Applications and Eligibility

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, payments are not automatically refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe and assessed in accordance with these Terms and any applicable consumer rights.
7.2 Cancellation by Customers
Customers may request cancellation of services; however, cancellation terms may vary depending on the service purchased.
Where a service has commenced, access has been provided, or costs have already been incurred, refunds may not be available.
7.3 Sports Programmes and Activities
For coaching, academy programmes, camps, workshops, courses, and sporting activities, missed sessions, late attendance, early departure, or failure to attend do not qualify for refunds, credits, or replacement sessions.
Where a programme operates through scheduled sessions or memberships, cancellation will take effect in accordance with the agreed notice period.
7.4 Events, Experiences and Ticketing
Tickets, experiences, tours, and event bookings may be subject to specific cancellation conditions communicated at purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets may not be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
Where RZ Nation Group Ltd cancels or significantly changes an event, available options will be communicated.
7.5 Digital Services
Digital products, online courses, memberships, and programmes may become non-refundable once access has been provided, activated, downloaded, or commenced, subject to applicable consumer rights.
7.6 Products and Merchandise
Physical products, clothing, and equipment purchases are governed by the RZ Nation Group Ltd Store Policy, including shipping, returns, exchanges, and product-related terms.
7.7 Service Changes and Cancellations
RZ Nation Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or withdraw services due to operational requirements, safety considerations, venue availability, insufficient demand, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, customers will be informed and available options communicated.
8. Sports Division
Sports Division services may include football development, coaching, academy programmes, clubs, camps, workshops, school services, celebrations, and development opportunities.
Participation does not guarantee professional progression, selection, trials, contracts, or opportunities with external organisations.
Development assessments and progression decisions are made based on suitability, performance, behaviour, attendance, commitment, and available opportunities.
Referrals to clubs, academies, scouts, or professional organisations are not guaranteed.
External organisations make independent decisions regarding selection, acceptance, and progression.
8.1 Participation Requirements
Participants must attend all sessions wearing clothing and footwear that RZ Nation Group Ltd considers appropriate and suitable for the relevant activity. RZ Nation Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation or require a participant to leave a session where appropriate attire is not worn. In such circumstances, no refunds, credits, transfers, or replacement sessions shall be provided.
Participation in any activity organised or delivered by RZ Nation Group Ltd is undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk. RZ Nation Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or restrict participation where it reasonably considers that participation may pose a risk to the health, safety, or wellbeing of the participant, other participants, coaches, or staff.
9. Talent and Representation
Where RZ Nation Group Ltd provides talent services, representation may include professional guidance, promotion, opportunities, introductions, portfolio support, and industry support.
Representation does not guarantee employment, bookings, contracts, media appearances, sponsorships, opportunities, or financial outcomes.
Opportunities depend on suitability, availability, market demand, client requirements, and decisions made by external parties.
Separate representation agreements may apply where applicable.
Talent remains responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining professional conduct, and meeting agreed commitments.
10. Entertainment and Media
Participation in entertainment activities, media projects, social media content, or promotional activities may involve the creation of photographs, recordings, and digital content.
Any use of personal information, images, or recordings will be managed in accordance with applicable consent requirements and the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
RZ Nation Group Ltd does not guarantee publication, broadcasting, promotion, or commercial opportunities arising from participation.
11. Digital Services and Programmes
Digital services may include online courses, programmes, memberships, educational resources, and online platforms.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring information provided is accurate.
Access to digital services may be personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Users must not copy, distribute, reproduce, resell, or misuse digital content belonging to RZ Nation Group Ltd.

14. Coaches, Ambassadors, Affiliates and Representatives
Individuals representing or working with RZ Nation Group Ltd must act professionally and uphold organisational standards.
Use of RZ Nation Group Ltd branding, materials, intellectual property, or public representation requires appropriate authorisation.
RZ Nation Group Ltd reserves the right to withdraw approval, terminate relationships, or restrict activities where conduct does not align with organisational expectations.
15. Organisations and Corporate Bookings
Where RZ Nation Group Ltd provides services to clubs, organisations, or businesses, separate booking arrangements may apply.
Organisations are responsible for providing accurate information, agreed facilities, appropriate access, and fulfilling payment obligations.

16. Conduct and Responsibilities

Individuals must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour, misuse facilities, equipment, platforms, or organisational resources, interfere with the safety, enjoyment, or experience of others, or breach applicable laws, policies, or reasonable instructions.
RZ Nation Group Ltd may suspend or remove individuals where conduct breaches these Terms.
Where any equipment, facilities, or property belonging to RZ Nation Group Ltd is damaged as a result of deliberate misuse, negligence, or reckless conduct, RZ Nation Group Ltd reserves the right to recover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement from the individual responsible or, where the individual is under the age of 18, their parent or guardian.
16.1 Disciplinary Procedure
RZ Sports operates a three-stage disciplinary procedure comprising a Verbal Warning, Yellow Card, and Red Card. Where a Red Card is issued, RZ Sports will provide formal written notification to the parent or guardian, and the participant will be suspended from all RZ Sports sessions for a period of one week. No refunds, credits, or alternative sessions will be granted in respect of any sessions missed during the suspension period.
17. Intellectual Property
All branding, trademarks, designs, content, programmes, materials, media, systems, and intellectual property belonging to RZ Nation Group Ltd remain the property of RZ Nation Group Ltd unless otherwise stated.
No materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
18. Third-Party Organisations
RZ Nation Group Ltd may work with external organisations, suppliers, venues, platforms, clubs, agencies, and partners.
Third parties may operate under their own terms and conditions.
RZ Nation Group Ltd is not responsible for independent decisions, services, products, or actions provided by third parties.
19. Suspension and Termination
RZ Nation Group Ltd may suspend or terminate access to services where these Terms are breached, payments remain outstanding, conduct creates risk, disruption, or reputational harm, or legal, safeguarding, safety, or operational concerns arise.
Termination does not remove any outstanding obligations owed to RZ Nation Group Ltd.
20. Liability
RZ Nation Group Ltd takes reasonable steps to provide professional and safe services.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
RZ Nation Group Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Participants, customers, and visitors are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings whilst attending or participating in any RZ Nation Group Ltd service, programme, activity, or event. RZ Nation Group Ltd accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless such loss, theft, or damage arises as a result of its negligence.
Participation in sporting and physical activities involves inherent risks. RZ Nation Group Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence of RZ Nation Group Ltd or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21. Complaints
RZ Nation Group Ltd aims to resolve concerns fairly and efficiently.
Complaints are handled in accordance with the RZ Nation Group Ltd Complaints Procedure.
22. Amendments and Updates
RZ Nation Group Ltd may update these Terms to reflect changes in legislation, services, operations, or organisational requirements.
Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
